This loose-fitting tunic-style tee shirt can be made in a wide variety of
knit or woven fabrics. The pattern features a scoop neck, straight
sides which angle slightly toward the hips from the shoulders, and
sleeves which end at the wrist or just above the elbow. Ribbing at the
neck is optional. The side seams have a short slit at the bottom.

SUGGESTED FABRICS:
Lightweight to medium-weight knits such as
wool, rayon or silk jersey; "Slinky;" stretch velvet; very lightweight
polar fleece; cotton or cotton/poly interlock; sweaterknit; lightweight
velour or panné velvet. Also lightweight wovens such as broadcloth,
handwovens, chenille and gauze.
NOTIONS:
Thread — 100% cotton for all-natural fibers; cotton/poly blends for synthetics; or 100% polester for knits with Lycra.™
Needles
— use a stretch needle for fine knits or knits with Lycra;™ you may
also purchase stretch double needles. Small pieces of lightweight
fusible knit interfacing for hems; 1/4" or 3/8" clear elastic.
EASE MEASUREMENTS:
There
are approx. 8" - 10" of ease in the bust measurement of sizes XS, S,
and M. There are approx. 5" - 8" of ease in the bust measurement of
sizes L, XL and XXL.
